Justin Thomas finds a new home with Atlanta Legends

Justin Thomas has found a new home for his football career. 

Thomas has landed with the Atlanta Legends, one of the eight teams in the inaugural season of the Alliance of American Football. 

Now playing at the wide receiver position, the Legends first two games of the season provided Thomas with a glimpse of in game situations. Thomas caught five passes for 41 yards, averaging 8.2 yards per reception through two games. 

Thomas credited his time in the NFL, which provided experience and reps against well established defensive backs, for his growth at wide receiver. 

“It’s a work in progress,” stated head coach Kevin Coyle, but with Thomas’s talent and daily work ethic, paired with his high football IQ, Coyle can already see the improvements just three weeks into the season.
