ESQ welcomes Knicks Gaming shooting guard Malik Hobson (OriginalMalik) to the family!

Malik Hobson may represent New York on the court, but his heart resides in the heart of the south: Atlanta, Georgia. It takes a unique set of skills to successfully transition between sports and an even greater athlete to secure a contract. The 21-year-old shooting guard transitioned from football to basketball after high school with the growth of NBA 2K League and managed to secure a first round pick at a mere 20 years of age.

Knicks Gaming retained Hobson for the 2020 season and to no surprise, he continues to produce on the court shooting 67% from the 3-point line in games last week.
