Geoff Shyatt serves as the Director of Basketball Operations at ESQ. He is the point of contact for all recruits and clients. Shyatt has surrounded the division with talent that assists with scouting, training, marketing, and international placement.

Shyatt's deep ties to basketball expand to leagues all over the world. He prides himself on the professional placement of clients, where they can maximize their potential and succeed in the NBA and internationally at the highest level. Shyatt is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in sociology and a former walk on for the men's basketball team. After Clemson, Shyatt moved on to coach ball at Wofford College under then-head coach Mike Young (VA Tech). While with the Terriers, he coached alongside Appalachian State head coach Dustin Kerns and Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton. Shyatt then moved on to Bowling Green, KY where he coached at Western Kentucky University. While a coach at WKU, the team won Sun Belt Championship and advanced to the Round of 32 in the NCAA tournament. Basketball is in the Shyatt family. His brother, Jeremy, is an assistant coach for the men's basketball team at Wyoming and has previously been on staff at VCU and North Florida. His father, Larry, long time college coach with stops at Clemson, Florida, Providence, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Most recently Larry was an assistant coach in the NBA for the Dallas Mavericks.
